Set consisting of 5 absorbent cotton inserts<\/strong> in one size, 1 waterproof cover <\/strong>to be attached to the cotton diaper using the press studs (size M or L), 1 cotton bag<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The cotton insert<\/strong> of the adult diaper is made up of two pieces sewn together along the lower short side: the rectangular piece can be positioned lying down or folded to strengthen the absorbency in the front part of the diaper. With this system, the drying of the diaper is faster than having a single thick layer of absorbent fabric. It is in organic cotton terry<\/strong> in contact with the skin: 85% organic cotton + 15% polyester thread woven together to ensure softness and resistance over time, wash after wash. The inner core (not in contact with the skin) is made of polyester and viscose to obtain excellent absorbency and at the same time sufficiently fast drying. The cotton insert fits both sizes of waterproof cover.<\/p>\n

The waterproof cover <\/strong>has an adjustable side closure with Velcro and internal snap buttons to attach the absorbent cotton insert. The waterproof cover is available in two sizes and you can choose the set with the desired pant:<\/p>\n

size M<\/strong>: about 50-90 kg, waist 54-110 cm<\/p>\n

size L<\/strong>: about 90-120 kg, waist 70-120 cm<\/p>\n

Thanks to the side opening with velcro and the elastic waistband of the pant, the complete diaper (pant + cotton insert) can be worn standing up (once closed) or lying down.<\/p>\n

If necessary, a liner<\/strong> in biodegradable viscose can be placed on the cotton insert: it is then thrown into the toilet if dirty or washed together with the diapers if only wet.<\/p>\n

To maintain a feeling of dryness on the skin, a stay-dry sheet of draining technical fabric can be placed in the diaper, which can be purchased separately.<\/p>\n

CARE AND WASHING OF COTTON DIAPER<\/span><\/h2>\n

Before using new diapers it is advisable to wash them once or twice<\/strong> to make them absorbent; they gradually reach their maximum absorbency after a few uses. They can be washed in the washing machine with the rest of the laundry at 40\u00b0-60\u00b0C. After use, the used diaper is put in a bin with a lid until washing or directly in the washing machine; if it is dirty with faeces it is best to rinse it while waiting for washing.<\/p>\n

Preferably use a natural detergent<\/strong>, without optical brighteners or bleach; it is not necessary to use disinfectant products; it is advisable to carry out a pre-wash or a double final rinse to eliminate any traces of detergent and \/ or urine. Do not use fabric softener<\/strong> because it makes the diaper less absorbent: it can be replaced with citric acid diluted to 10-15% in the softener tray. Together with the detergent it is useful to add pure sodium percarbonate as an additive to remove stains and sanitize. In summer, diapers can be spread out in the sun to take advantage of the whitening optical effect. If you use the dryer, choose only medium temperatures (about 90\u00b0C).<\/p>\n

The dirty liners<\/strong> can be thrown into the toilet, the only wet ones can be washed several times in the washing machine.<\/p>\n

Waterproof cover can be washed by hand or in the washing machine, max. 60\u00b0C.<\/p>\n
